We have two types of workshops designed for complete beginners to beauty and holistic therapies and for graduates alike who have an interest in a 'light touch', fun and informative experience.

Workshops for the General Public

In conjunction with Cedars Health and Beauty Centre the IBHA invites you to join in one of our fun and informative workshops held throughout the year.

These innovative workshops lasting 2.5 hours with a coffee break included and are specifically designed for small groups of 6-10 people to give you a personalised experience, packed with loads of specialist knowledge, hints and tips that you can put into practice when you are back at home.

Workshops for Professionals

Intensive and focused, these workshops are great for upskilling or learning a brand new skill to enhance your existing qualifications. 

Varying from half a day to a full day a certificate of attendance is provided with 1 CPD point allocated per hour.

This workshop teaches you how to apply Gel Polish, a long lasting, smudge proof alternative to nail polish.

Treating Cancer Patients in Salons and Spas

We have developed a training course with the help of Penny Brohn Cancer UK, John Holman of Hydrotherm and our directors Julie Speed and Debbie Moore.

The concept of this course is to enable qualified therapists to safely and respectfully treat clients with a history of cancer; current or in remission.
